Santiban Services Group is led by co-founders Gabe and Jackie Caban, who combine hands-on electrical expertise with strategic business leadership. Together, they guide a skilled team dedicated to delivering high-quality electrification, energy storage, and infrastructure services.
Gabe Caban
Co-Founder & Master Electrician
With over 24 years of hands-on electrical experience, Gabe Caban is the technical backbone and visionary leader behind Santiban Services Group. His journey began at age 19, when he stepped into the electrical trade with a relentless drive for excellence, integrity, and craftsmanship. He completed a 2-year apprenticeship with Allied Builders and Contractors in Tampa, Florida, and further sharpened his skills through the IBEW Local 613 in Atlanta, where he earned his Inside Wireman Certification and worked nearly a decade on high-demand industrial infrastructure projects.
After relocating to Texas in 2011, Gabe continued to advance professionally—serving as a Maintenance Operations Manager for one of the state’s largest industrial electrical contractors. In this role, he managed complex operations, guided large teams, and ensured the successful delivery of critical electrical systems across industrial sites.
In 2021, Gabe co-founded Santiban Services Group with his wife Jackie, combining his deep technical expertise with her strategic business acumen. Together, they built a family-run company that stands at the intersection of innovation, faith, and high-performance electrification.
Today, Gabe leads all field operations—from industrial wiring and service upgrades to Tesla Powerwall, PowerShare, and EV charger installations. As a Tesla-certified installer and QMerit-approved professional, Gabe is dedicated to delivering code-compliant, future-ready energy solutions that enhance reliability, safety, and sustainability for clients across Texas.

Jackie Caban
Co-Founder, Systems Strategist & Business Lead
Jackie Caban is the strategic powerhouse behind Santiban Services Group. With a degree in International Business and Marketing from the University of West Georgia, she brings a rare combination of operational intelligence, regulatory expertise, and marketing vision to the company. Jackie serves as the systems architect of the business—building internal workflows that ensure every project moves with precision, transparency, and speed.
Her deep knowledge of Texas’s complex permitting landscape gives Santiban a unique edge. Jackie excels in navigating city approvals, coordinating with CenterPoint Energy, liaising with engineers, and ensuring full compliance for:
Energy Storage Systems (ESS)
Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS)
Solar interconnection and integration
Plan submittals and AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) approvals
Beyond operations, Jackie drives the company’s brand strategy and customer engagement. From streamlining backend processes to creating a strong public identity, she has positioned Santiban Services Group as a modern, tech-forward, and customer-first electrical services provider in Texas.
